Brian J. Kim is an Associate in Evans Fears Schuttert McNulty Mickus’ Irvine, California office. His practice focuses on defending manufacturers from a variety of industries including the automotive, motorcycle, off-road, and recreational vehicle industries.

Before joining EFSMM, Mr. Kim was an associate at civil litigation firms where he handled automobile, consumer warranty, product liability, fraud and unfair competition cases, as well as insurance coverage and tort matters. He has served as trial counsel on multiple occasions and is experienced in all phases of litigation, allowing him to efficiently evaluate matters and guide them toward favorable resolution.

Mr. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Irvine and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he served as an Editor for the Pittsburgh Journal of Environmental and Public Health Law.
