Devin A. Gleason is an attorney in the firm’s Las Vegas office. His practice focuses on product liability defense and complex litigation matters. Before joining Evans Fears Schuttert McNulty Mickus, Devin served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Idaho, where he represented state agencies and gained experience in litigation strategy and client advocacy.

Devin earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law with an emphasis in Business Law and Entrepreneurship and served as President of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Brigham Young University, with a strong academic focus on geography.

He was admitted to the Idaho State Bar in 2022, and the Nevada State Bar in 2025.

Outside of his legal practice, Devin enjoys spending time with his wife and six children and perfecting new recipes on his Traeger grill.
